I've waited a while to post this so all emotions are removed. This firm seemed promising, but in the end, my emails and phone messages were ignored. I was lied to when Jean assured me a response letter had been sent out, only to discover it was never sent.. NEVER. Months later I receive a half hearted apology email basically saying hey we didn't send this letter not sure what happen, do you still want us to move forward, or should we close out now?
Took over a month to get my retainer refunded.
