I did not have a good experience. I hired the firm to start my case and was initially well attended. However, after 4 months, my wife and I requested a 2-month pause to gather additional documents.

During this period, the person in charge contacted us frequently, pushing us to continue before the agreed timeframe, but we chose to wait — even ignoring some near-daily attempts.

According to the contract (Page 3, Clause 12 – “Communication and Collaboration is very important between Attorney and Client”), the case can be canceled if communication is considered insufficient.

Even so, before our requested deadline, they sent an email from a different address than the main 360 Immigration Law email (which went to spam) and not from the person handling our case, stating that if we did not respond, the already paid case would be canceled. They also called from a different number, which was not answered.

The case was closed 5 days later.

I later received a letter stating that it had been decided since September that we were not cooperating. However, the last document we sent was in November — when we requested the pause. The case was officially closed on January 5th, about 50 days after our 2-month request.

After consulting another attorney, I returned to clarify this and was told our requested timeframe had been ignored. I was also informed that to reopen the case, I would have to pay the $4,000 fee again, even though all forms were already completed and only filing and photos were pending.

In summary, they did not respect our requested timeframe and relied on a clause allowing cancellation at their discretion, despite the case being fully paid (excluding government fees) and never filed. I recommend paying close attention to this clause before hiring.

We are extremely grateful to 360 Immigration Law for helping our family achieve our green cards. Our process started in 2019 and faced some delays, but Attorney Jamille took responsibility and ensured everything was handled properly.
When Giselma joined our case, everything moved forward smoothly. She was amazing, detail-oriented, proactive, and always keeping us informed every step of the way.
Today, our process is complete, and we can finally build a better future in the United States. Thank you, Attorney Jamille, for never letting go of our hands. Thank you, Giselma, for your knowledge and care, and thank you to the entire team at 360 Immigration Law. You were essential to our journey!
