Я обращалась в офис Southern Law Office к адвокату Лъчезар Ванчев, и его команда работала безупречно. Несмотря на разницу в часовом поясе, я могла позвонить в любое время дня и ночи, и мне всегда оперативно отвечали, связывали меня с адвокатом, и в итоге мой сын теперь со мной.

I hired this attorney expecting professional, competent legal representation. Instead, I experienced extreme incompetence, lack of diligence, and almost no meaningful service at all.

From the beginning, communication was poor and deadlines were mishandled. I was given advice that later turned out to be improper and put me at risk, forcing me to seek outside guidance just to undo the damage. I repeatedly had to follow up, correct mistakes, and essentially manage my own case.

Ultimately, I was left with no choice but to terminate the attorney-client relationship due to the lack of progress and confidence in his ability to handle my matter. To make matters worse, after being fired, he refused to return unused funds that were paid in advance, despite providing minimal work.

This experience cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress during an already difficult legal situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to think very carefully and get everything in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend his services.
