My kids couldn't believe it when a Washington new car dealer sued them, claiming they owed the dealer extra money on a lease- hard to believe but true. We contacted Joshua and he was reasonably priced, even giving them a discount based on income. He was thorough, properly aggressive, and within days turned the tables on the dealer and their attorney. He minimized his use of the retainer, even refunding a large portion of it once the matter was resolved- to our great satisfaction and relief. I recommend him wholeheartedly. Attorneys are often the brunt of creepy jokes, but Joshua is one who doesn't fit the stereotype. Joshua was a life saver. I tried contacting several agencies about a debt collection company emptying my bank account because of a "Stipulated Judgment" that we signed under duress.
