My husband and I were interested in setting up an estate plan for our two young children, but had no idea where to start. We started the process with concern that we could easily be taken advantage of by an attorney who might sense our lack of knowledge... maybe they'd charge us to much, maybe they'd cut corners, maybe we wouldn't know the right questions to ask, etc.
