We were tenants that filed suit against a financially abusive landlord. Jason and Scott were good to work with. The suit went on for 3 years. They indicated our odds of getting to a settlement and were encouraging and realistic the whole way even as time went on and fees continued building. In the end we settled out of court getting our lawyers fees paid for and the refund for rents that we originally felt we deserved for the abuse during the last few months of our tenancy.
