We had a consult and not only did he hit on me in front of my partner the whole time he then asked if my partner (who has a medical degree) was mentally challenged. Also very obsessed with his dog and completely unorganized they had none of our case details when we got there despite having a week to pull it up before the appt.

So disappointed in this law firm. Due to their inability to communicate or even actually do any work, I dropped my lawsuit and lost money do to paper work that took them forever to file (literally months).
No communication unless initiated by me during the whole process.
Fast talker and never answers the phone.
My opinion use someone else.
***Update***
Now it's taking forever to get my money refunded. Getting run around with a covid excuse and still no communication unless I physically go by the office. Jim was rude with my wife and instead of trying to make it right with us he storms off like a child.
I'm warning you don't waste your money with this lawfirm. He kept $667 bucks he says to file paper work and have a phone call with me...no record of it ever being filed and the phone call lasted about 9 minutes and cost me 150 bucks. Jim Cole Pettis is a shyster and should be labeled a crook.
