It's really unfortunate that i have to even write this review. I've worked with Jessica since the formation of my LLC. Over the last 2 years, Jessica seemed to care less about our working relationship. Often having her paralegal return my e-mails rather than herself. Today we parted ways after she had a bad day and decided to start yelling at me because i wasn't agreeing with her professional opinion. After months of neglecting my legal situation, where i had repeatedly requested a return call to discuss my options, she felt it was appropriate to scold me, yell at me, and belittle me for my opinion on a contract that was written specifically to address the problem i had. I had a similar issue, where i had asked her to work with me on another matter, regarding a change to my parking around my business. Rather than her help me find a solution, her response was that they had the legal right to make the changes. I had to do everything on my own and in the end, the city took my side and the parking matter was resolved. I think this office has bitten off more than they can chew and as a result, clients are suffering for their negligence. I'll never accept a grown adult that i pay $400/hr on a phone call to talk to me the way she did and you shouldn't have to either.
