When I called the office to get information about doing a consultation I had to deal with a completely incompetent receptionist. No matter how many times I gave her the background and reason for my call she couldn't comprehend. When she finally passed the phone to another member of the staff, the woman had to nerve to tell me, (I am paraphrasing) that I didn't need to get worked up/frustrated and basically I needed to calm down. I was clearly frustrated but by no means yelling or raising my voice. I definitely didn't deserve her making feel as if I had done something wrong by voicing frustration for having to repeat myself over and over again, before someone understood the reason for my call. Clearly this firm needs to work on making better first impressions. This is why I am giving them One Star.

Not a lawfirm I'd recommend. The man isn't for the best interest in his client's, just how much money he can drain out of their wallets. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

They took $200 for a 20 min consultation. Then $1500 retainer for a simple home sale. Then aside from an email asking the names of the buyers, they ghosted me. Every time I call they say they are working on an important court filing. So they better just refund my retainer. It's been a month with ZERO progress on this.
