If you enjoy chasing people for responses and being ignored, this building is a great place to start. Across multiple offices here, the pattern is exactly the same: emails disappear, no one takes responsibility, and when you finally get a reply, it somehow manages to be both delayed and unhelpful. There’s also a noticeable attitude problem — interactions often come across as condescending, like you’re asking for too much by expecting basic service. Add in unreliable shared facilities and it really makes you question how anything here is being managed. At this point, the lack of professionalism feels less like an accident and more like the standard.

In their Google Ad words claim, they keep reminding me to upload documents that I already have three times… And no one answers the emails directly, very messy

Terrible law firm...would not recommend...would not work with them again. No case updates, unless it was initiated by me. They would not give me any information about my case, was led to believe the case was worth way more than the lawyers settled on. Lately, a month and half later I never received my the settlement check. The lawyer refused to zelle or paypal the the settlement unlike Morgan and Morgan. However, the lawyer sent me w-2 tax information for me to fill out as soon as the settlement reached her desk. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM

WORST LAW FIRM EVER. THEY ONLY WASTE CLIENTS TIME.
