I hired Troy for a very important appeal and right before the hearing he decided to put Taylor on the argument without discussing all the details & when I started panicking he said it’s because of the sensitive nature of the issue. He failed to mention this would be her first EVER argument. Not just her first in an appeals court, but her first in any court.
Well we lost and we lost bad because of it. She struggled to make an argument. They did petition the Supreme Court free of charge after I paid an extreme amount of money for a lawyer I didn’t agree to and had signed up for Troy.
Well, then he teams up with Julie Nelson who then left his practice to work on her own and represent the individual we went up against and had advised Troy on. When it came to the OPC investigating a conflict of interest Troy wouldn’t take any accountability.

I wouldn’t use him! You may not get the lawyer you thought you had minutes before the hearing and his partner who has your info may end up going against you with the individual they represented you against.
