Hace más 1 de 1 mes mi esposa, mis 3 hijos y yo, sufrimos un accidente, contactamos a 1800 cantaso y nos refirieron a este firma de abogados. Nuestra primera cita nos atendió un consultante para firmar, luego de varias semanas sin respuestas para el arreglo de nuestro vehículo nos informan que ellos solo tienen que ver con la parte médica y no con arreglo del vehículo! Pedimos una cita con el abogado y llegamos, primeramente la secretaria con muy mala actitud nos recibe, sin preguntar nombres ni nada. Ya que mi esposa y ella habían discutido por teléfono por la falta de seguimiento al caso,. Luego pasamos a una sala donde llega el abogado que ni sabemos como se llama porque no se presentò y solo le dijo a su interprete; como le ayudamos, sin despegar sus ojos tooodo el tiempo del celular, y vestido con short como q estábamos en el parque, No solo eso cuando mi esposa pide avances del caso con el vehículo, dice que no tenemos nada que hacer, ya q la otra parte argumenta q otro vehículo le dio, y se fue, y por eso nos pegoʻ a nosotros! Cuando mi esposa le quiere explicar q es imposible ya q íbamos en el carril del medio y el nos cruzoʻ desde el carril izquierdo donde solo había una barra de cemento q dividen la autopista, el argumenta q el tiene fotos de un golpe en la parte trasera izquierda, cabe resaltar q esa persona se negò a hacer el reporte policial y luego desde un bodyshop envió fotos al seguro con ese golpe! El abogado tenia todas las fotos del otro vehículo y ninguna de las nuestras. Hasta las bolsas de aire se explotaron delanteras y muchos más dan̈os. Estábamos en frente de un abogado q solo nos miraba para discutirnos los dan̈os de la otra parte, y no indagaba en los nuestros. Luego pedimos cancelar contrato con ellos y buscar donde nos representen con respeto, dignidad y profesionalismo, q no lo tienen! Por eso no recomendamos esta firma para nada, y nunca más dejaremos q ninguna firma nos trate como nos tratò ese abogado, si se puede llamar así!

During our meeting, Attorney Zemsky didn’t even introduce himself. Throughout the consultation, he was on his phone, which made us feel like our case wasn’t important. He had an unnecessary attitude, and at times it honestly felt like he was defending the other side rather than addressing our concerns.

Whenever we expressed that we felt little effort had been put into our case, our concerns were brushed aside. We later learned that the detective supposedly assigned to our case had never even spoken with our insurance company, which only reinforced our concerns about how the case was being handled.

To make matters worse, the receptionist at the front desk was rude and disrespectful to my mom from the moment we arrived. There is no excuse for treating clients that way.

After this experience, we decided to change attorneys and requested that our case file be transferred. When you’re trusting a law firm to represent you after an accident, you expect professionalism, preparation, communication, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here, and I cannot recommend this firm based on the way my family was treated.
