This entire place is a scam. They’ve taken my license from me multiple times saying I missed payments and that they mailed me things. When in fact they did not. They mailed it to an address I’ve never resided at. Never even heard of. When I asked for the records of EVERY payment made on my account. I waited 2 months and guess what conveniently. I still haven’t received them even though once again they’ve taken my license. Called again today to ask. Vanita. She’s rude. She’s not helpful. And god forbid you ask to speak to the attorney handling your case. Mine happens to be Stephen zeehandler. When I asked to speak to him regarding MY case. Vanita refused to let me speak to him and stated “he doesn’t take client calls” what attorney actually says that? I’ve been paying on something from when I was 17. They waited until I turned 18. Once again served court papers to THE WRONG ADDRESS. I didn’t even know about the original court date until AFTER the date. 10 yrs later I’ve worked with them I’ve done everything I can. When I was homeless after fleeing a DV situation. They didn’t care. They didn’t work with me. It was “you need to pay $1,500” to get your license back”. Pay attention people. There’s a reason they’re only 2.5 stars. I’ve also went and made a complaint with the BBB. And will be escalating this as far as I can.

People are often frustrated when they have to pay for something unexpected, but my experience was very positive. The staff worked with me quickly, provided the documentation I needed right away, and responded promptly to my questions. Their efficiency helped me stay compliant and avoid bigger issues. I really appreciated the fast, professional service.

Mixed review please read! I am not a lot of other reviewers who are mad at the people they have to pay because they made a mistake. I made a mistake and I understand I must pay. They are really decent people who will work with you the best they can- *if YOU communicate*! However and this is a BIG however KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAILS. 1-2 times a year they claim I haven’t paid, when indeed I have. Luckily I can always pull the confirmation numbers up from my email and in the off chance I can’t, I can prove it with my online bank statements. This issue greatly needs remedied because it is unacceptable for any business, company, whatever to make this
mistake. Not everyone utilizes email and not everyone uses online banking. I really hope this isn’t done on purpose, because as I said from my experience, they are not horrible people at all like so many claim. Just pay the dang money you owe because you’re the one who made the mistake.
