I spent over a week back and forthing over email about a requested consultation. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday and Friday around 4:30 got an email that the attorney i was to meet with had been summoned for jury duty (wouldn't he have known this more than the Friday before a Monday??) and could not meet with me and no one else had "bandwidth" to take the case. I specifically wanted to meet with an attorney in person and am flying back to the east coast Tuesday so this screwed up my whole plan as I can not, at 5pm on Friday, find someone else to meet with me Monday. Not transparent, professional or considerate and caused me major problems because of my tight timeframe.
