it was a nightmare working with this attorney. I should’ve known when every meeting we had took place while she was driving her car. How could she be taking notes on what I was telling her and what she needed to do to follow up afterwards? Very unprofessional.

We had a period of time between our first contacts and our closing where she answered no telephone calls. Later, she said she got bitten by a spider.

She did come through with our closing.

She had follow up work she was committed to do. But she’s vanished again returning no phone calls. She works by herself in her own office, so there is absolutely no accountability

unfortunately, we paid her the entire amount upfront. Big mistake!

Rebecca has been wonderful helping us navigate a complex home purchase with mineral rights and our trust. She absolutely went far above and beyond for our family. She also had a fantastic network of adjacent (for example insurance) folks to support us.

I am an attorney myself, so I know what kids of risks there are when you sell a home in California. A realtor alone is NOT ADEQUATE PROTECTION!!! So much is at stake if you don’t disclose properly; and you have so much to gain by protecting yourself with proper legal advice. You would be crazy to sell a house in California without using a knowledgeable attorney to advise you.

We hired Rebecca to advise us in connection with the sale of our condo. The advice that Rebecca provided was multiple orders of magnitude more helpful that the "non-advice" that a realtor is permitted to provide.
