I was very please how accommodating this office was when I called to change the time for my first appointment with Rebecca. She managed to ease my fears as to what I should and should not be concerned, with other than making sure my Will should be the priority along with the one or 2 other medical directives and that another item that slip my mind as of this moment. I was pleased to hear what prices would be going forward, not the ridiculous prices I was quoted last year when what we wanted and needed, was not spent at this overpriced consult/ POA since the bulk of this session was spent pushing us to go with a Lehigh Valley firm who wrote checks for you- after you pass away. I knew as a former co executor of an estate, it was assumed and very clear that's the executors job to write checks, amongst other duties. I did like her newer associate, but someone who just changed vocations, her fees were not what would be expected to a novice in this field, although her more quiet tone was far more appreciated, than her bosses. So here again I felt Rebecca's calm tone was a wonderful change and caused me to de-stress in the first 15-30 minutes. In a hour I knew this would be the person I will go back to in the next few weeks after I get through tax season and a new nightmare the post office has dealt me at such a trying time. To be specific the Lehigh Valley distribution Center has managed to loose my ORIGINAL marriage license document Social Security office insisted they needed. Since I've been extremely ill and cannot walk well enough to go physically downtown, the agent from Soc Sec. told me to send it CERTIFIED. They have to get a signature he said. Begrudgingly that's what I did, exactly how it was instructed by the Social Security agent Mr. Mora on February 26th.
I went the following morning Feb. 27th and sent it from the East Texas Post office.I asked when will it arrive? The woman said by Monday. Of course you will get a signature confirmation...I signed up for text and email always right away . Maybe l should have asked her what year? No one answers the only 2 phone numbers I was given, no voicemail because Consumer Affairs does not empty or bother checking it, Both investigations were reopened as USPS told me they should have never been closed in top of lying in their paperwork it was resolved and at the end of each one No one called me back as they said they would , - never happened, the woman was beligerant who called with the second investigation, said "oh I'm 95% sure it probably got there." I said probably is not what I paid for, or received. A signature is what was guaranteed ! What you have to go through is incredible to get a certified copy- especially when you have 100 other things you should be doing.
So the only thing I think or feel sure about right now is, I will gladly go back and see Rebecca Young, to take care of the things we discussed. As soon as I get a breather from this current nightmare and taxes.. I found this office to be very helpful in everyway that's important to me. That was such a pleasant surprise since it's always the ones (attorneys) that get pushed on me in the past, are never the ones who I would have recommended to anyone. I was so sorry to hear 2 of them who really went out if their way to help me in the past, never wanted to charge me for anything they did, which I really didn't understand why, were no longer alive. I just hoped at this point of my life, I would find an attorney that gave me a good feeling that they were in this business to help people navigate things they don't understand or fear. I believe Rebecca is in this area of the law to better serve people. I look forward to our next meeting. Olivia Nolt

Went because I'm co-executor of my aunt's will. Everything was thoroughly explained so that she and I understood it and what if scenarios were discussed. Very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I will use her again!

Rebecca was the best. I felt secure with her looking out for me during my home sale. She was on point. I will definitely be calling her to help me with my primary home sale. 👍👍👍
