Do NOT use this firm.

I engaged this firm to help with a legal action that I needed to address from two years ago. After engaging the firm, I received little to no feedback from my attorney on my case. I asked the attorney if it would be best if I worked with a paralegal so I could get responses to the questions that I had and updates on my case. I was assigned a paralegal. I reached out to that paralegal and asked about the best way to communicate and stated that we could simply do everything through email to make it easier for her. That was the agreed-upon communication style.

Over the next Nearly 2 years, I literally received no updates on my case over that two year period after sending multiple emails texts and phone calls.

I escalated this to one of the partners and they promised to take care of my case immediately, this past February. Nonetheless, no work was done on my case. I received no updates.

Finally, I sent a text to the partner I had been dealing with. This text stated that I would be filing a complaint with a disciplinary board and the Pennsylvania Attorney General‘s office if I did not receive a response within 10 business days.

The partner immediately contacted me and asked for a phone call to which I rejected them and told them that I wanted to make sure that we communicated via email so that everything was clearly communicated, documented, and each party would be held accountable for what was said.

I sent an email with questions about my case, asking for an update on petitions filings and anything else that have been done to move my case forward. I also asked for a clear timeline.

The partners response was that the firm had not done ANY work over the nearly 2 year period. They apologized and offered to either move forward or to give me a refund.

I asked for a full refund.

Do not use this firm.

They are incompetent And non-communicative.

My best advice for you is find another firm and spend your money there.

I would give them zero stars if possible.

As an individual in recovery, the stigma of addiction has the ability to follow me in all of my future endeavors. I reached out to Attorney Ethan Paraboschi concerning an almost decade old arrest/warrant from 2016. Not only did Mr.Paraboschi welcome me as a stand up man, He went above and beyond helping me resolve and come to the best conclusion regarding said legal matter. Beginning with our first call Ethan treated me with respect and dignity. He maintained an open line of communication daily with no lack there of. His knowledge of law and his ability to answer questions that I was not able to answer alone brought me a sense of comfort and satisfaction. I would recommend Mr. Paraboschi to anyone who wants to absolve any legal matters past or present. I pray I would never need to use legal services again, but if I did, Mr. Paraboschi would be my first and only call. Thank you for your help and here’s to a bright, successful future. You deserve it.
