I was disappointed with my experience when trying to contact this office. Initially, no one answered the phone, and I had to leave a message. When I eventually received a callback, the attorney seemed very rushed and unfriendly, explaining that she is busy and hape a plan to go out of town. When I asked whether she could recommend someone else if she was unavailable, she indicated that everyone was too busy and that there were no assistants available to help. I understand that people can have demanding schedules, but I believe basic courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to help are important. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or respected during this interaction, and I was disappointed by the lack of helpfulness and professionalism.
