Yesterday I called to see if they could help me out with my child support case the lady in the front counter that talked to me, said that she would reach out to me in 30 minutes and unfortunately I never heard anything from them. It would’ve been nice at least to get a phone call back to say we will not be able to proceed with your request. That would’ve been nice.
