Retained the firm and they are absolutely horrible. I called them countless times over the course of a year + and I was never given a call back. They are never on the same page refarding anything & I hired them im order to have Justin as my representation at court; thaf was not so. Instead I had danny avilar who is the most unprofessional arrogant condescending individual I've probably had the misfortune of dealing with. This person shows up an hour + late for court doesn't acknowledge you or shake your hand never has any detailed answers & is completely unfamiliar with specifics regarding the case. I would get blown off going into the office after paying 7500 + this clown would have his feet on the desk eating lunch with no shoes & would not budge to even appear professional. I was disgusted with his lack of decency & regret deeply ever walking into that firm. Elizabeth the paralegal is kind but is trained to gate keep and give you the constant run around & nobody is ever in apparently & you be told they will " call you back ". Won't happen. Once I was told the attorney wasn't in & I literally just saw him walk down the hall. It truly is just disgraceful to rob people of hard earned funds & negatively impact thier lives & livelihood & not blink all due to immense greed. Taking on case after case collecting retainers & not giving people thier just due. I would caution any and all to never retain this firm they are just thieves with no conscious I don't see how they are not filled with guilt to be honest for the complete lack of effort & deceit they show to thier clients. Worthless.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this law firm. I had a family case with Elena Grashiem. The paralegal Susie Benitez I dealt with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. I felt that my questions and concerns were not taken seriously, and the communication was very poor. What was most concerning was that I was given information that I later found to be misleading, which left me feeling like I had not been given an accurate understanding of my situation. I was also not kept updated regarding court dates and times, which is extremely concerning when you are trusting a law firm to properly handle your case. There were also multiple occasions when I tried to contact the office and could not get an answer or a timely response. When you are dealing with something as important as a legal matter, you should be able to trust that the people representing you are communicating honestly, keeping you informed, and treating you with respect. I understand that legal matters can be complicated, but there is no excuse for treating a client disrespectfully, failing to communicate important court information, or providing unclear or misleading information. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for professional, respectful, and transparent legal representation.
