I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The attorney I worked with did not take the time to truly listen to my needs or understand my situation. Instead of advocating for me, she repeatedly pushed for a very generic divorce approach that did not reflect the complexities of my case.

My career has an unusual schedule, and she made little effort to understand how that impacted custody and logistics. I often felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.

She frequently told me to “wait until my ex calms down,” which was not helpful given the dynamics involved. Narcissist don’t calm down. She also repeatedly compared my situation to her own divorce, which felt inappropriate and not relevant to my case.

I was also never informed when my retainer had been exhausted, which was concerning. Additionally, I noticed a number of miscellaneous charges and billed hours that were not clearly accounted for or explained.
