Do your research, then ask yourself do you really need a layer with these ethics working for you. Don’t just take my word for it just Google his name.

Wright, of High Point, did not reconcile his trust account, did not maintain proper trust account
records, disbursed funds from his trust account on behalf of clients for whom he had not yet
deposited funds in trust, did not timely disburse entrusted funds, did not provide written
accountings of entrusted funds, and commingled his personal funds with entrusted funds. The
DHC suspended Wright for two years. The suspension is stayed for two years upon his
compliance with numerous conditions.
