My husband and I worked with Phil and Hannah for our estate plan and thought they were wonderful! Super helpful and they were also flexible with our schedule (we met both virtually and then in-person). We are very happy with our experience!

I had called to obtain an attorney tried leaving a voicemail and the phone hung up on me. Nobody immediately called me back.

I would not recommend this law firm, particularly Caroline M Cercone. Our hour fee to speak with her was supposed to be in the realm of $350-400 (I can’t personally recall). We ended up receiving a $1200 bill, which I paid and am now leaving this review.

We consulted with her for an hour to discuss the possibility of using their services for a family matter. We decided at that time not to go forward with their service. Caroline agreed their services would not be necessary at that time, but that she still would like to consult with colleague about a specific aspect, and that could result in another hour or so of research. “Nothing crazy” were her actual words she used with me, when I expressed concerns about being billed for additional work. As I said, we decided not to go forward and Caroline agreed. It took her multiple weeks to get back to us via email. Her reasoning for the length of time was she was on vacation for two weeks. Now… Not that it’s my business when you go on vacation, but to not even mention it when we were in your office and discussing following up with us about additional research you just HAD to do? - I find that immensely unprofessional. After her second email, I responded expressing concerns (again) that she was still looking into this matter, as we were not going through with said service. Every week/couple weeks or so we received a few more emails asking several additional questions. They continued to bill my family for answers to questions we did not ask for the next 2 months a total of 3 months. I’m very disappointed with the egregious lack of transparency from Caroline as well as the length in which she chose to drag this out.
