In the middle of representing me, Mr Wittenbrink was SUSPENDED FROM THE BAR. This screwed my case beyond belief. I had to find another attorney MID DIVORCE. The stress of being LEFT HANGING BY A "professional."

Great firm very professional and understanding.

Mr. Whittenbrink did not represent me. Based on conversations with him, I developed serious concerns about his views on family law and felt deeply uncomfortable with his approach. After discussing East Baton Rouge Family Court and the systemic issues impacting children and parents, his perspective did not align with the level of awareness, care, or sensitivity I believe is essential in this area of practice. I would not feel safe entrusting him with matters involving my children or navigating a system as damaging and complex as family court. Accordingly, I would not recommend him as a family law advocate.

Professional and straight forward. Mr. Wittenbrink spent time explaining the situation to me as well as patiently walked me through all my options. Would recommend him to anyone in need of family law assistance.

Would give 0 stars if could. This man took us for thousands and thousands of dollars. Kept wanting more retainer money. Charged for postage stamp phone call email. Every second was charged. But he did absoluto nothing in our child custody case. Court date scheduled twice because didn’t show up for first. Claimed got date mixed up. Thankfully judge granted a reschedule and he didn’t show up again. Never heard from him and when tried call was told he was in court d at somewhere else!!! Never heard from him again, money wasted, hard get back what little retainer had left and still had hire another attorney and start over. By then family court getting irritated with us. If didn’t have so much going on at time would have taken time report him to bar association and get a full refund. He never contacted us again and certainly didn’t apologize. Seemed as though out his league and didn’t want admit to it. We paid the price for his indifference. I wouldn’t use him for anything if it’s important to you. He was rude to me on first visit like women should be silent should have been clue to walk out then. And oh yes you did represent Mr whittenbrook, or were supposed to. Does the names John and Deborah Suggs ring a bell? That’s who this review is from and it’s not fraudulent at all. Should and could be a worse review.
