I called on Thursday May 14 in the afternoon. Got someone who clearly has no understanding of customer service. Was short, curt, borderline rude when answering the phone. I picked up on this and asked her how the day was going. In the same short, rude I don't care tone she literally said "can I help you, I'm very busy and I'm the only one here in the office". It takes a a lot / something for me to take the time from my busy schedule to post. It takes even more to be negative as I show up mostly positive but friends; you need to coach your people up. NOT a good first impression at all. Sad.
