After speaking with one of their attorneys (lives in my neighborhood/ Stonebridge), this firm seemed to be a good fit. He said an assistant would be reaching out to schedule an in person meeting. 2-3 weeks go by and nothing. I reach out and speak to the receptionist and explained what had happen, and that I would like to schedule an appointment. She toke the message, and said she would pass it along. 1 1/2 weeks have gone by and nothing. If you can't perform a simple task as scheduling an initial client meeting or showing basic customer service, you probably are not going to be a dependable business partner.
