A healthcare provider with my own business, Michael responded promptly to my inquiry and spent over 30 minutes with me via a telephone consultation regarding a chronic healthcare insurance claim concern I was having with a major insurance carrier. I didn't end up retaining Michael for services in part because the suggestions and legal advise he provided were actionable items I could do on my own without incurring the cost of attorney assistance. That advise ultimately resolved the meat of the concern.
