Keep your eyes open at all times with Max Williams. I would not use Williams Law Group again. My experience involved serious concerns with billing transparency, communication, and lack of clear accounting for retainers and credits.

In my case, I requested clarification regarding billing entries and work product that had been charged but not provided to me, including certain letters, motion-related work, and other litigation materials. After I raised these billing concerns, the relationship deteriorated and the firm withdrew from representation while my case was already far along. I then had to retain new counsel to get up to speed, which caused additional cost and disruption.

I had also previously referred several people to the firm. Based on my own experience, and concerns I later became aware of involving communication and billing clarity, I can no longer recommend them.

This review is based on my personal experience. Anyone considering this firm should request regular written invoices, clear trust-account reconciliations, copies of all billed work product, and written confirmation of the scope of representation throughout the case.

Gave these people all my information and my old court order from california. Did the orientation, got told by the front desk two weeks in a row that they were working on my case. And then a month later I realized they ghosted me. Absolutely unprofessional.

I can honestly say that I the Williams group handled my case in the most knowledgeable & professional manner throughout the entire process. The entire team was always accessible & available to answer questions along the way. Hi highly recommend the Williams law group!
