Had a time sensitive matter materials for signature were sent usps and put in a drop box instead of presented to a representative at a window. Mailed on the 23rd of January needed to be signed and returned by the 30th as of February 2nd still no documents. They finally e mailed me the documents on the 27th so I could overnight them back. Checking with USPS they could not even tell me when they would arrive at that zip code with express priority delivery so I had to check UPS they could not guarantee then FedEx they could guarantee so I paid for that. The situation was taken care of on Friday and the lawyer said he would be mailing a check on Monday. I sent an e mail to give the correct address because I have not received the other documents. Tuesday I sent an e mail to get tracking number and I get a call they need more information from me inorder to get the check. An attorney is only as good as their word! If you are spending your money they should at least be upfront and honest. Oh wait they are lawyers!
