Kris Burdette is absolutely phenomenal. She will fight hard for you and your family. She puts her foot down and is not afraid to tell it like it is. She knows the law well and will make sure you get everything you’re entitled to. If I was able to keep her on retainer permanently I absolutely would. She represented my custody case as if it were her own and her own heart was in it. I can’t express enough how wonderful Kris Burdette was to me. She always responded to my emails and phone calls, and promptly. She is very respectful and not at all judgmental of my past and made sure that only the present was the main focus in our mediation. I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal counsel for family court matters. I am eternally grateful for what she has done for our family and will certainly be retaining her again in the future if we should have to return to family court. Kris Burdette, you go girl!!

Kris Burdette is the best in West Virginia. If you’re lucky enough to have her on your side then you’ve already won. I’ve never had a better attorney ! Don’t like her petite statue fool you . There’s not another attorney more fierce than her.

I called this law firm looking for someone to hire to represent a family member. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. She also told me in her condescending tone that my husband would be appointed a defense attorney at court. What the hell!? I guess they just don’t want business or she just rudely assumed I couldn’t afford them after 2 minutes of talking to her. Without asking for any information at all! None. If I couldn’t afford a lawyer I wouldn’t be calling them. I would bet they lose a lot of business because of her. I would leave 0 stars if I could!
