I felt that I was taken by my representative. Made to feel like it’s taken longer on my end due to my unwillingness to accept less. Was told one amount then the amount went down. He couldn’t remember he told me as if I came up with that figure on my own. Then I remember all calls was recorded. Review your call logs and recap your conversation about the larger payout. I think lawyers lie just like anything else. I know there’s someone over his process that do checks and balances. But when you ask for a supervisor it always refer back to the person you started with. I just know going forward if I have any injuries or accidents I will be taken my chances on my own. At least I wouldn’t have to have pay 3 different fees. The firm fee, my medical bills, and my lawyer fee. How do the firm get more money than the client and I am the one that got hurt? This would be the last firm I would chose in future cases.
