Without going into personal matters, Joe Westmeyer and the other employees were all professional and polite. The rate he quoted was cheaper than most law firms in the area. He did the research necessary and persistently worked to getting what I needed taken care of completed. Complications occurred requiring what I could only guess in multiple more hours of work between him and his paralegals, and yet his quote did not change. It is obvious that he is a busy attorney, but he never dropped the ball.
