Unfortunately I did not have the best experience talking over the phone with one of the ladies who answered. I first called on May 19, 2026 and the first lady I spoke with was tremendous and very understanding. She told me to wait for an email or callback and even stated that if they couldn’t take my case, they would help direct me to the right lawyer.

I waited through the weekend and holiday, then called back on May 26, 2026 to check in and see how everything was going and if they could take my case. The lady who answered this time didn’t even give her name and honestly was not helpful at all. She came off very rude and dismissive, simply telling me they don’t take cases like mine without offering any help or information on who I could contact instead.

I just don’t recommend talking over the phone based off my experience. The attitude and tone were unnecessary, and you could even hear it in the way she was heavily sighing and breathing like she didn’t even want to be there. Customer service matters, especially when people are calling during stressful situations. Do better and treat people with respect.

Ann Schwartz and her team provided us great assistance with developing our personal estate planning. She and her team made it easy to complete in a timely manner.
