Communication is horrible!! I have been trying for months to get this matter resolved. I have called multiple times and can’t get a returned phone call. All I was asking for was a call to let me know what was going on and for help. Communication is horrible. All they had to do was let me know if they didn’t want to help my daughter. I was told I would be getting a call but nothing. Called again and spoke to someone so I am expecting a call back today so we can discuss everything so we will see.
