I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this law firm.I retained this firm based on representations that they could assist with both my case and navigating responses related to military matters. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.One of my primary concerns was the lack of support when I requested a review of an important statement. I was not asking for the document to be drafted from scratch, only for a professional review and feedback. Despite prior assurances, I did not receive the assistance I was seeking and found communication to be inconsistent.In addition, I was surprised when a competency evaluation was requested after a disagreement with counsel. From my perspective, this felt retaliatory and unrelated to the legal issues at hand.Overall, I was disappointed by the firm's communication, responsiveness, and handling of my concerns. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm to others seeking legal representation. Be warned they are a cash grab firm.

This was a severe waste of my time....I waited for a call back to be told he won't make enough money out of me quick enough. Not the fact the VA is letting me die, not the fact I been suffering and in pain for 8 years...but after a lengthy conversation as always with all vets ..... We aren't worth the time it takes to actually fight for us when something is done wrong but I can go to war and I can get assaulted in the Army but I can't get a lawyer to actually help with malpractice when the VA is basically going to be the reason I'm dead here pretty soon but you know, as long as you make a quick fast buck. Realizing that none of these lawyers REALLY actually care. If they did I wouldn't be making death plans instead of future plans. Thanks for no help and to show me once again, my life is of no value.

It takes 1-2 business days to figure out if their caseload is full or not. What a waste of time.
