I unfortunately cannot recommend this Law firm. I used them to sell a rental property that closed 10/2024 at the recommendation of my realtor. Their communication leading up to the sale was poor at best. I did not feel that this was a priority to them - I had to reach out several times to plan a time to sign documents and needed to ask a number of questions before I felt that anything progressed. After the sale, it took until July 2025 to receive the balance owed to me for the water bill. I was told that they needed to keep an amount to take care of the final water bill. I was contacted in December by ECWA that the bill was not yet settled and I offered to pay it myself. It took several months of back and forth with promises broken to finally receive the amount owed to me. I wish I did not have this experience - however I do not want someone else to have this difficulty.
