I can honestly say Mr. Steward and Ms. Silva are very nice and kind people. However, I had a discussion with a manager today, Kisha Prince and I am floored at the level of unprofessionalism. Thankfully I was recording the call for my own purposes of notes but she gave a long spill about my account which I allowed her to and 30 seconds into my response, she completely cut me off and talked over me while I asked several times "can I please speak?" and even brought it to her attention that she was repeatedly cutting me off mid-response. It felt very personal as if I was dating her husband and boyfriend. I mentioned, this is your job and you're taking this too personally in which none of my signals to help her refrain herself ever hit home. Terrible experience from a customer service standpoint. She could really use a refresher on interpersonal skills, customer service, and tact.

Never ever do they pick up the phone !!!!

Communication with this firm is completely broken. There is no option to speak with a human being, and the automated phone tree makes it impossible to get any answers. Leaving voicemails is pointless as they do not return calls. Highly unprofessional business practice.

I recently contacted this attorney regarding a judgment on my account because I was trying to resolve the matter and make payment. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I found the attorney to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during our phone conversation. As someone genuinely trying to take care of a legal obligation, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. If you need to work with this office, I recommend communicating in writing whenever possible and keeping records of all interactions. This was my personal experience, and I hope others have a better one than I did.
