Communication with this firm is completely broken. There is no option to speak with a human being, and the automated phone tree makes it impossible to get any answers. Leaving voicemails is pointless as they do not return calls. Highly unprofessional business practice.

I recently contacted this attorney regarding a judgment on my account because I was trying to resolve the matter and make payment. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I found the attorney to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during our phone conversation. As someone genuinely trying to take care of a legal obligation, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. If you need to work with this office, I recommend communicating in writing whenever possible and keeping records of all interactions. This was my personal experience, and I hope others have a better one than I did.
