Over a year ago my father died and I had to travel to CA from the East Coast and manage his Trust. I had no previous experience managing someone's estate so I went to my google machine and found Weiner Law. They set me up with an appointment within two days and after hearing my story, they connected me with Allison, a Trust attorney. She was great from day-one and explained the process of managing a Trust and what steps I needed to take immediately and provided me with great advice over the last 18 months. When one of the beneficiaries sued me, Allison connected me with Geoff, one of Weiner Law's in-house experienced litigators who went to court with me and provided very pointed legal advice. He spoke on my and the Trust's behalf and I was not disappointed. He represented us very well and ultimately, was able to come to an equitable settlement with the beneficiaries.
