Called them twice as a new client and they didn't have the courtesy of calling me back. Called them a third time and was told that Mr. Coleman would call me back the following day at 11:30 am. for a consultation.
As you might have guessed...that call never occured.
If it's this difficult becoming their client, I'd hate to think how they treat their current clients.

I would give zero stars if I could. The issues we had with Mark Coleman and his staff are too many to list. They drug their feet, used excuses such as being sick and the internet being down for 5 days in a row for not closing my father-in-law’s estate. They were rude and refused to speak to me after I called the courthouse myself to find out if they were being honest (which they weren’t). I found out from one of the debt collection agencies that his office lied about contacting them (his offices excuse as to why it took so long is because “there were phone calls and e-mails exchanged over those seven months”, which was a lie). We requested a breakdown of the invoice at the end of July 2023, and we just received it today, November 1, after paying it in full back at the end of September. The invoice has 42 items dated in October, all after the invoice was paid. Had we looked up reviews beforehand, we wouldn’t have used his office. Please save yourself the time, money and headache and do not use this office.
