I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. We signed an agreement for a 30% contingency fee, but when the case was resolved, he tried to withhold an additional 3%, claiming the case was “too hard” and “a lot of work.” I had to push just to receive the full amount I was owed under our signed agreement.

When I asked for the agreed-upon amount, he responded by saying he’d give it back only if he could deduct it from the compensation I was supposed to receive for my car damages — something we never agreed to. That felt extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.

On top of that, he failed to pursue compensation for the depreciation of my vehicle and other damages related to the accident. Once I challenged the fee issue, he essentially dropped the rest of my case and just handed over some leftover correspondence, making it clear he no longer wanted to deal with me.

I don’t recommend working with someone who reneges on signed agreements and lets personal feelings interfere with handling your case properly.

Mr. Gerald Webre is the absolute best, as well as his staff! He has been there for our family when my mother passed and now for my brothers passing. He’s always available and if not he will return your call promptly. His staff are caring and very knowledgeable also. You won’t regret going to him!!!!
