Send a grammatically poor email that was oddly worded and a giant run on sentence asking for $3k before we even spoke. When I couldn't respond immediately to the email started calling. I'm a night shifter and got woken up. I'd have responded when I was available. Feels scammy and unprofessional. Not a good look.

Edit: As you can see, this firm continues to behave unprofessionally based on their response. If they'd taken the time to speak with me instead of bombarding me with contact asking for money, they would have known that my case involved a probate matter for a property IN WISCONSIN. However, they are correct that I am indeed in San Antonio - that's how probate works. You contact an attorney in the state where the property is located. I also fail to see the significance of what else I've reviewed. So what if I visited a vape shop? I clearly got better service there than I would have at this law firm that behaves like children. Trying to discredit me based on Google reviews I can't. 🤣🤣

I "also note" that mine is only the 10th review for your "award winning" firm and you also harassed and threw a tantrum about the other TWO 1 star reviews out of 10, while not saying thank you for any of the positive feedback.

Clera refused to communicate or speak to me about the theft of my intellectual copyright. Her excuse, she doesn't want to fight people out of state. She does not want to defend me from someone taking my IP in the state of Virginia. Makes you think what other states clients are dealing with. Not like an individual picked who is committing a crime toward them. Or what state they may be from. Within minutes of this review I have an email demanding that I remove this Google review. No I will not. The negative and unprofessional response is why i made this review in the first place. The email is something that only would enforce my negative reviews for the negative interaction. Also worth mentioning i see that 4 years ago someone had the same impression of you stating because you would not be making much money on a case that you wouldn't take it. Truth be told I feel the same way as this is an easy win and before even speaking or seeing my case you have jumped to stating your to lazy to fight the case because who has committed IP theft lives outside the state of Wisconsin

But refusing to work or do your job is a different story. Just sicking. I'm already out 96k stolen by this company and now dealing with my character, image and copyright being stolen by the same exact people. I'm already truly sick with what has happend I don't need more stress and grief by a firm only stating that they refuse to help a victim where there is clear case..
