I was Recommended Wax & Wax from word of good mouth. I was skeptical at first since it was my first time seeking legal advice for Workers Compensation. I first saw them August 2025 now later in the year 2026 I can say I am very pleased with the assistance I received. They do take a bit to communicate. It is best to email them as you get responses clearly. I would definitely recommend Wax & Wax

I hired Robert Castillo with WAX & WAX, and at first I thought everything was going well. However, after I was advised to settle my case, communication became very difficult. I was told the settlement process would take about 30 days, but it has now been over two months and I still have not received my settlement money or clear updates regarding my case. I have repeatedly tried contacting the office, but Attorney Robert Castillo has not communicated with me directly, and his secretary Lisa no longer returns my calls. As a single mother of five who is currently unable to work, this situation has caused me a great deal of stress, especially after my EDD benefits were cut off following the settlement. At this point, I am looking into what options I may have moving forward. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this firm.

I want to thank Robert for doing a great job. I wanted it to be quick and simple and I got more than I expected on the reward and I believe that Wax@wax was on top of it and settled quick just the way I wanted. Thank you so much for fantastic job.
