				This is not a firm I would recommend. They’re quick to take your money, but when it’s time to communicate or actually follow through, they go completely silent. It’s very unprofessional for a firm of their stature. The receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all  her attitude alone makes it clear how little they value their clients. It’s honestly a shame to put your trust in a firm to handle your case, only to be met with zero communication and no accountability.
