I was contacted by the firm in regards to my negative review. There was apparently an issue with their system which caused me to get weeded out. They aporeciated the negative review so they could catch the issue that caused it. I was told I would recieve a call from someone to discuss my situation. I am changing my review appropriately and we shall see where it goes from here. Some parts of the system still work. Don't forget to use them, people.
