I was referred to Mr.Wampler through legal shield and he was very rude and unprofessional it really came off kinda racist and he even had the audacity to ask me if I could afford a lawyer 🤦🏾‍♀️ I would rather just be sued instead of doing business with him I think I will cancel my legal shield subscription as well

I worked directly with Mr. Sanderson regarding my father’s estate. He was extremely professional, responsive, and attentive to my questions. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a down to earth attorney looking after the client’s best interests.

(​I am not surprised by the 2.8-star rating) I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the legal services provided by Mr. Luke Sanderson. I regretfully hired him as my fourth attorney, and his conduct has been highly unprofessional.
​After an initial period of aggressive communication to secure my retainer, all contact ceased. I paid a $2,500 fee, but after three weeks, there was no progress on my case, no discussion of strategy, and no scheduled appointment. I was subsequently billed for attempting to contact him. His secretary also behaved unprofessionally, shouting at me over the phone and falsely accusing me of yelling. It appears their strategy is to secure payment, then deliberately delay the case while misrepresenting their services.
​The firm has shown no commitment to advocating for me. My mother passed away, and family members entered my home under false pretenses to steal personal and monetary valuables. For nearly a year, I have been solely responsible for paying the mortgage and have invested thousands in home repairs and improvements.
​When Mr. Sanderson finally did communicate with me, his explanation of his efforts was unsatisfactory. He claimed to have fought to allow me to remain in the home until its sale, despite my already owning half of it. He also failed to address the theft of $12,500 from my mother's bank account by my brother, who has no vested interest in the property. My brother also has full access to the banking records and is consulted by the mortgage company, despite my being the only one making payments.
​Mr. Sanderson considers it a success that upon the sale of the house, the proceeds will be split 50/50, even though I have been the sole party paying the mortgage. My attempt to contact the opposing attorney to express my disagreement with this arrangement and request litigation resulted in being verbally abused.
​When I requested a refund of my $2,500, I received an itemized bill for services that were not rendered. The overall experience has been one of misrepresentation, poor communication, and a complete lack of progress. Mr. Sanderson's firm has demonstrated a pattern of taking payment under false pretenses and failing to deliver competent legal representation.
• I'll conclude with my sincerest regret that your circumstances have brought you to the need of hiring an attorney. This is my fourth attempt to hire one that isn't simply looking to extort you by telling you whatever it is in order to get your money only to then drag out the racket they all refer to as the law. Douglas & Unger, Watson & Watson, and Gary Jewel I've had similar experiences with. My only option at this point to ask the court to hear my case and present all of the facts to the court who essentially works with these same lowlifes each day and expecting my brother and those who completely disregarded the ptobate process to be held accountable is a very unlikely. I'll be also contacting the memphis bar association regarding Mr. Sandersons lack of professionalism after he cussed me out for multiple minutes prior to me hanging up the phone. Upon which he then billed me and kept $2000 of my $2500 while he was in the office 3 days a week he entire month following his tenacious efforts to get my retainer only to tell me he fought hard to get me the exact same circumstances I already have. This is his idea of a success which is the exact opposite of what I was initially told. Specifically the affidative my brother filed was not permanent and meant nothing. It meant he is executor of the estate and if this is not being lied to, then what's the point of even having an ethics committee or car association to report these con artist to?
