She is extremely quick to dismiss your concerns and contradict you without explanation. An immediate "no" with no reasoning provided, even when respectfully challenged. I have over five valid claims to file suit on, and rather than engaging with any of them, each was summarily discounted. The response was essentially: "Yes, that's the law, that they broke, but a judge would view it as..." implying the case would be difficult to win, which seemed to serve as justification for being dismissive and unhelpful to a veteran. The call then ended abruptly, with her hanging up under the pretense that I was "not listening."

They do not like to answer a lot of questions and will get angry and short with you if you try to contact them too much ( via phone or email). Overcharged for services that other law firms provide for much lower cost.
EDIT: ( Response to the owner) :Thank you for the response. I understand that attorneys charge hourly and that communication takes time, but my concern is not about being billed — it's about how the matter was handled overall. I felt the communication was unclear and repetitive, which contributed to confusion rather than resolving it. At no point was I made fully aware of how quickly costs were adding up or given guidance on how to manage them.
I shared my experience to inform others — not because I expected free services, but because I believe the service I received did not match the value I was charged for. I hope this feedback is taken constructivel

I called to inquire about a civil matter and the representative who answered the phone was extremely rude in answering my questions. I wouldn't even recommend this law firm.
