He use to be good attorney, however they picked up and moved in the middle of the night with no notice to any of his clients. All of the files were spread out all over the office while random workers were there working, leaving the opportunity open for them to view private information. I caught them moving when I went up to the office several times to see what was going on. They did not answer a single email or phone call. When I was at their office other clients were also there trying to see what was going on and get their money back or check status with their case. They have not returned my money or answered a single email. This has been going on for 4 months. Their phones are cut off with no new phone number or forwarding address. He needs to make things right with his clients and return all of the money they collected and then retire.

We requested to file bankruptcy, had a conciliation with attorney Walsh and we agreed to the price and filing fees. His assistant gives us the paperwork to fill out and instructions on taking the credit counseling classes and after we take the classes, she had to have the filing done with in 6 months or we would have to start over. We finished our paperwork came in paid the attorney fees in full and the filing fee in full. completed our class. The assistant needs more info, we personally drove it over to her. She states she has to get this done asap. No worries. first contact July and last contacted November. We thought filing was done at least by December. It's January Still no filing and know we cannot get in touch with anyone. Called, emailed, drove over to the office. you cannot leave a message on any of their phone number. We are stuck no money & filing
