On their website they have a “call for a free consultation” option. I called and I requested a free consultation. I remember specifically asking to talk to an attorney. After I stated my name, i couldn’t help but feel the employee was “screening me” rather than “scheduling a free consultation” as listed. She was using legal verbiage in a confusing mannerism, on more than one occasion. Then at some point while I was talking she started clearing her throat loudly… it sounded like Mr.Ed. I was confused because there aren’t any horses where I’m at. This firm has pictures listed in a building and not on a farm. It was super obnoxious. Ultimately, the “schedule a free consultation” never occurred. I lost interest. I found this employee highly unprofessional. I honestly wouldn’t trust a law firm with this type of behavior. Attitude reflects leadership.

Obviously the response stated that “screening” was an element of the scheduling a free consult. Again, the “free consult” was not scheduled. The matching never concurred. The whole interaction was sloppy.
