Do not recommend! The low rating speaks for itself! Horrible experience

Emailed several times regarding my situation, to never get a reply back. After looking at the reviews, perhaps that is a good thing. None communicative law firm.

The firm represented me in an Unlawful Detainer case. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of Atty. Bolanos and his Assistant. Look no further for conscientious and excellent legal representation.

It has been a great pleasure working with Mr. Earl Wallace. He has been incredibly helpful in resolving issues during a challenging lease-end process with a former tenant. The property is a cooperative housing (co-op), which is governed by various rules and regulations established by the co-op community association. Since Mr. Wallace is knowledgeable not only about the real estate law but also about co-op regulations, he was very helpful and patiently walked me through the necessary processes. He always had my best interests in mind while minimizing/avoiding any potential future conflicts with my former tenant. He also answered all my questions promptly. His charge was more than reasonable. I really appreciated all of his advice and guidance during this process and would highly recommend him.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I helped a non English speaking client call to figure out what was going on with a notice she received. First person that answered my call was great, nice, transferred me immediately. The woman she transferred me to was AWFUL. I asked the woman basic questions, coming from a non legal background, to which she was short and rude the entire time. At one point she asked me if I had even read the contract, which caught me off guard, to which I responded that yes, I had in fact read the contract. If I, a pretty well educated person, comfortable with navigating the social service world am treated with such disrespect, I can't imagine how someone not as comfortable is supposed to get anything accomplished. ESPECIALLY since I was calling on behalf of a client who was wrongly served with an eviction notice. Of course this company will respond with "Ms. Diaz is not a customer or client of this law firm. All communications with Ms. Diaz have been conducted in a professional manner." BUT you don't have to be a client to have had a terrible interaction with a company or to have been treated UNPROFESSIONALLY! So let's see if they have some new response to give to my review, because I guarantee you, it was not professional. If it was, post the recording for all to see, I dare you.
