My proven physically, financially, and mentally abusive ex husband and I were assigned Kristin Wacha as our family coordinator. My now 12 year old daughter is faced with having to be with her abusive father due to the brokenness and lack of caring for children's rights. Kristin told me in our first meeting that the past does not matter and that I'm not the judge.
No, I'm not a judge, I'm a mom who cares about her daughters safety. And, the past always matters!!
Absolutely, no one, except my daughters guardian ad litem cared about what my daughter experienced with her dad, and the magistrate did not follow the guardians recommendations.
Even now, it is in our judgment order that Kristin should speak with both our minor and adult children. When I asked her to please do so, she declined.???
This really shows that no one cares about a proven abuser being reunited with his daughter forcefully.
Kristin has the authority and the power to do something and to force the 4 phase plan that was put in place for my ex husband, but she's actually letting him skip steps in the process??? Seriously, letting an abuser skip the important steps to reunite with a child he was proven to abuse.
Does that make sense to anyone? I'm even being forced to" work with him" and "get along"even though he was my abuser too. We all have to act like everything is fine. Even though our bodies are in survival mode when we are forced to be around him, we aren't allowed to call him our abuser anymore???
If you have a choice, stay far away from Kristin, she does not care about the welfare of children.

Had Anderson for family court. Worst decision I've made. They got the $2000 retainer from me and took over a month to file everything through the courts. The paralegal that was retired and was helping the firm had it done with in 24 hours. No communication at all. As a representative for someone for court they didn't represent me nor stood up for me. I was supposed to have paperwork to me with in 3 days after court still have not received them a month later. They do not care about any individual that they are supposed to represent. Had a court hearing and I showed not knowing that court was rescheduled for another month. Worst lawyer I've ever had! Recommend to run the opposite way! He was able to get me 32 hours a month with my children. Great work and keep the horrible job that you do!
